Pricing and Payment Prices and payment terms are set by the retailer from which the product is purchased. Jack Pyke may change the prices it provides to retailers at any time without giving notice. 5. Shipping and Delivery If a retailer provides shipping and delivery services, the terms are set by that retailer. Customers should contact the retailer directly regarding delivery times and conditions. 6. Returns and Refunds Jack Pyke does not handle returns or refunds directly. Customers must contact the retailer from which the product was purchased to request a return or refund. This is subject to the retailer’s own returns policy. Retailers must follow the separate returns policies agreed in their contracts. 7. Retailer Agreement Authorised retailers must follow Jack Pyke’s distribution rules. Retailers are not allowed to sell products outside the agreed territories. Breaking these rules may lead to removal of authorised retailer status. 8. Intellectual Property All logos, designs, and branding belong solely to Jack Pyke. Any unauthorised use of Jack Pyke intellectual property is strictly forbidden. 9. Limitation of Liability Jack Pyke is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages that may result from the use of its products. The maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
